All Sales Final

Every book at Comic Book Heaven is a one-of-a-kind collectible from a personal collection, photographed and described individually. Because of this, all sales are final — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

We stand behind what we ship. Graded books are sealed in their original CGC/CBCS slabs with certification numbers you can verify before buying, and we're happy to send additional photos of any book — slab or raw — before you purchase. Please ask all condition questions before ordering.

Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, contact us at comicbookheaven2@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item, and we'll work with you to make it right through the shipping carrier's claim process.
