Shipping Policy

Rates. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on real-time carrier rates for your delivery address and the weight of your order. The exact shipping cost is always shown before you complete your purchase — what you see at checkout is what you pay, with no additional handling fees.

Processing time. Orders are packed and shipped within 2-7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery. We ship from the Chicago, Illinois area via USPS. Delivery times vary by service and destination and are estimated by the carrier at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Packing. Every book is packed for protection. Graded slabs are wrapped and shipped in rigid boxes with padding; raw books are bagged, boarded, and sandwiched between rigid backing before packing.

Shipping areas. We currently ship within the United States only.

Damaged or lost shipments. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at comicbookheaven2@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the packaging and the item so we can pursue a claim with the carrier. If tracking shows your package as lost, reach out and we'll open a carrier investigation.
